Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at HinesBrines.com  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

 

All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the order total.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur from USPS. In most cases, the expected delivery date is 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

 

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

 

HinesBrines.com ships to addresses within the U.S, including P.O. boxes.

 

At this time, HinesBrines.com does not ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving your email confirmation.

Incorrect Address Policy

If you enter an incorrect address or forget to enter the apartment/house number and the package is returned to HinesBrines.com, we can and will refund you the total price of the order minus the shipping costs. Or we can resend your order with the corrected address for an additional shipping fee.

Damages

 

HinesBrines.com will work with you if your products are damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged or your order is lost, please contact us within 30 days at Hinesbrines@gmail.com.  We cannot assist with damaged or lost shipping claims 30 days after the mailing date of your order.

 

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim is resolved.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

HinesBrines.com currently ships to Canada. All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail®. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the order total.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

HinesBrines.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Returns Policy

You are our TOP Priority! We want to ensure you are happy with each and every purchase. We believe in the quality of our products. If you are unsatisfied with any item or order, you can contact us and we will work with you to ensure you are happy. Please initiate your return within 72 hours of receiving your order. We can only accept returns of unopened products at this time. All returns must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery. Customers are responsible for any shipping charges on returns or canceled orders.
