Cold and Flu Buster Recipe

So this is something that can be taken once a day as a preventative measure or taken when you already have a cold. You will need 1 organic lemon, 1 organic lime, 2-3 teaspoons of chopped organic ginger, 2-3 sprigs of organic rosemary, 16 ounce of local raw honey, and 1/2 of apple cider vinegar (I use Braggs). Slice the lemons and limes, chop your ginger. Add all of your ingredients to a small sauce pan. Simmer on low until the honey and vinegar are completely mixed. Let the mixture steep for an hour, then pour the mixture in a glass jar. Once the mixture has cooled down, it can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 months. 1 tablespoon each day could help boost your immune system and keep those winter colds away.
